Teamwork Is a Skill.
We Teach It.

Great teams don't happen by accident—though we often act like they will. The truth is, teamwork takes practice: learning to listen, adapt, and trust each other enough to take risks. That's what improv teaches, and it translates directly to the workplace.

Communication.
Creativity.
Collaboration.
The confidence to figure it out together.

Let’s do this!

We reached out to Improv Chattanooga as an extension to our current women’s mentorship program – initially to build upon our focus on self-confidence and public speaking. What we walked away with was so much more- an interactive learning and real-world application of active listening in such a creative way. Each session added tremendous value to the program’s intended design to bridge the gap between self-awareness, relationship-building, and quick thinking. We found comradery and common ground in being vulnerable on stage as a group and leveraged the laughs and memories as our growth take-away.

We would highly recommend Improv Chattanooga to anyone looking for a unique way to extend organizational team building or implement training/development workshops.

Our Approach

We meet teams where they are. Sometimes that's a two-hour workshop to get people out of their heads and into collaboration. Sometimes it's a longer engagement—training, facilitation, or consulting designed to shift how a team communicates and works together over time. Whatever the format, our approach is experiential, grounded in the principles of improv, and tailored to what your team actually needs.

Get Started

Isn’t improv just fun and games? We’ve got real work to do!

We get it—improv might sound like an odd fit for the workplace. But there's serious research behind why it works.

  • Creativity is the #1 skill companies are looking for (LinkedIn Economic Graph)

  • Teams with high collaboration are 25% more likely to meet project deadlines (McKinsey)

  • Highly engaged teams see 21% greater profitability (Gallup)

  • Strong team cultures experience 4.5x higher retention (Gallup)

Improv is not just fun and games. It's a practice proven to build listening, adaptability, and trust—the foundations of real teamwork.

And yes, people tend to have fun along the way!

"In my academic research, I've looked at many different types of teams, at a wide variety of organizations all over the world. The group that communicated best, with everyone contributing and learning, wasn't in a corporate office park; it was in an improv comedy class."

— Francesca Gino, Harvard Business School
